A sophisticated, fully customised family focused home sculpted into a challenging corner block. Capitalising on a difficult gradient the design cuts into the slope, creating a luxurious semi-basement and elevating the living spaces to unlock the land to the upper level and creating an open plan, pool focused courtyard with free flowing indoor/outdoor alfresco.
The modern black brick lower facade frames the home and allows it to nestle into the block, incorporating the pool. The cool grey, upper facade is given a timeless elegance through matte black detailing. The home centers upon an impressive, light filled, double height entry space.
