Approached by clients whom had plans in hand, all-be-it comprising a design disconnected from their true requirements, Jake completed a thorough architectural review and re-design, re-specifying and fine-tuning the floor plans and material pallet and obtaining the permits to get the build on site.

Jake also worked closely with his clients to complete the extensive and extremely personalised interior design of this home, with bespoke cabinetry throughout. Introducing a feature stair design, a luxurious kitchen with unique island bench design and a  luxurious master ensuite. Fully coordinating the home inside and out.
