Conceptual Design...
The 'U' shape, wrapping design cocoons the home, providing privacy from the sites nine adjoining, overlooking neighbours whilst maximising the sea facing aspect.
The living arrangement is sustainably orientated, controlling sunlight, harnessing natural light and minimising energy use.
