Gosford Crescent Residence is a '50 square' custom home, nestled into a heavily downward sloping, tree lined, pocket of Park Orchards. 

The challenging sloping block itself presented some amazing design opportunities for a split level, 'tiered' floor plan arrangement which cascades down towards a central infinity edge pool.

The expansive, u-shaped design, frames the views across the landscape to the rear at every opportunity, effectively creating a living platform to overlook the natural setting.
