Requiring a lengthy and complex Town Planning Application process through the City of Yarra Council, Jake successfully obtained approvals to knock-down the existing dilapidated heritage listed property and replace with a significantly larger modern design with roof terrace, on a very tight block.

Working closely with his team comprising of specialist town planner and heritage advisor, Jake got this stalled project moving again. Jake re-evaluated and intuitively evolved the clients existing plans, (having little chance of approval), into a well considered home,  maintaining the integrity of the brief and his clients lifestyle  aspirations.
